At Vesper Lane, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our goods and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be as transparent and refined as our products.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original premium packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@vesperlane.store. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package to our headquarters:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over €75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sale@vesperlane.store with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right at our expense.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Certain items cannot be returned to maintain our quality and hygiene standards:
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must remain in its original, pristine condition and packaging, following the same eligibility criteria listed above.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at sale@vesperlane.store.
